Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete, this is down to your individual bank and is not the responsibility of The Perfect Style.

We cannot accept responsibility for any lost items in the post, so please use a secure method of return such as Royal Mail. You are responsible for your own postage costs to return items.
